1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using HolmDigital Cloud, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

HolmDigital Cloud provides automated accessibility compliance monitoring for websites. Our service scans web pages for compliance with international and national accessibility standards.

Supported Standards:

  • WCAG 2.1 – Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (W3C)
  • EN 301 549 – European accessibility standard for ICT
  • EAA – European Accessibility Act (Directive 2019/882)

  • 🇳🇱 Digitoegankelijk – Netherlands (Besluit digitale toegankelijkheid)
  • 🇬🇧 PSBAR – UK (Public Sector Bodies Accessibility Regulations)
  • 🇺🇸 Section 508 – USA (Rehabilitation Act)
  • 🇺🇸 ADA – USA (Americans with Disabilities Act)
  • 🇨🇦 AODA – Canada/Ontario (Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act)

3. Account Terms

  • You must provide accurate registration information
  • You are responsible for maintaining account security
  • You must be 18 years or older to use this service
  • One person or organization may not maintain multiple free accounts

4. Payment Terms

  • Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance
  • All fees are exclusive of taxes
  • Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any illegal purpose
  • Scan websites you do not own or have permission to scan
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Resell or redistribute our services without authorization

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of HolmDigital Cloud are owned by HolmDigital and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

HolmDigital Cloud is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Stockholm, Sweden.
